Sassafras - Zootropolis
This class is an introduction to raw edge applique. Students will learn the process of raw edge applique, from fabric selection to top stitching.
Students must bring the following items with them to class;
- Sewing machine
- Basic sewing supplies (i.e. seam ripper, thread scissors, etc)
- Fabric shears
- Paper scissors
- Scrap fabrics matching their chosen design
- Background fabric at least 8 1/2" square
- Thread (invisible, neutral or matched to fabric colors)
- Lunch if desired

| Materials Included: | Zootropolis Pattern Book, Pressing Paper, Fusible Webbing and Tear-away Stabilizer |
| Requirements: | After enrollment, students will have access to their copy of the Zootropolis pattern and can select any of the 32 animal designs. Students must bring the required materials listed above on the day of the class. |
